This is the RO system for producing pure water for boiler . The producing capacity is 10000L/H.The water supply is tap water. The water is first being removed the suspended matter, micelle and other impurity by the quartz sand filter. Then it is being got rid of the organic substance, chlorine, chromo, odor and etc by the active carbon filter and softener filter. The above device composes the consummate pretreatment system. The water which is being pretreated reaches the requirement of the RO system. So as to make the RO equipment run stably during a long period.
The abio-salt, organic substance, bacteria, heat source and other impurity in the water have been removed after the water was being treated through RO system. The ratio of salt-doffed is in the range of 97%-99%.
There are two modes of operation in the system: auto and manual. The system runs automatically by adopting Water Sensor, and Pressure Sensor. The system can produce water automatically in the mode of auto. It is friendly used and safe.
2. Technical process
Raw water→ Raw water tank→ Raw water pump→ Machine filter→ Active carbon filter→ Softener→ Security filter→ high –pressure pump→ RO→ Pure water tank.

Reverse osmosis technology is a modern high technology developed recently in China . Reverse Osmosis is to separate water from solution after it permeates the specially made semi transparent membrane through exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the solution . As this process is reverse to the natural permeation direction , it is called reverse osmosis .
According to different osmosis pressures of various materials , the process of reverse osmosis with a pressure higher than the osmosis pressure can be used to reach the purposes of separation , extraction , purification and concentration of a certain solution . It does not need heating and there is no phase changing process , therefore , it saves more energy than traditional process
We have one stage and two stages water pirifier . if the raw water electric conductivity is below 300us/cm , the finished water electrical conductivity via the one stage treatment Ro equipment can reach below 10us/cm , and if by the two stage , that can reach 2-3 us/cm .
The RO desalting rate is above 99% , machine desalting rate is above 97%, can effectively remove 98% organic matters , colloids ,and bacteria .
